COVID-19 Policy & Guidelines

All persons participating in any activity at Nation9 Sports Academy must adhere to the following as it relates to compliance with state and county regulations.

Attendance & Face Coverings

• Only Nation9 Staff members, players and coaches are allowed in the facility. No spectators. Once parents check in their athlete, they are asked to remain outside of the facility.

• Face coverings are OPTIONAL for all participants. It is up to the discretion of the player and coaches to determine their individual comfort regarding masking during participation.

Waivers & Health Checks

• An updated waiver is required for all athletes and coaches. Waivers will be confirmed each time an athlete or coach enters the facility. A new waiver is required once per calendar year.

• Daily health checks are no longer required.

Occupancy Limits

• A limit of 60 total people will be enforced in the facility during the GREEN phase in order comply with active use zone and occupancy restrictions as set forth by the State of Pennsylvania and Bucks County.

• Players and coaches should keep physical distance of 6 feet at all times.

• A max of 3 total people are permitted per tunnel in the back room.

• A max of 5 total people are permitted per tunnel in the front room.

• A max of 25 people are permitted per room and must keep physical distance of 6 feet at all times.

Facility Operations

• All time must be pre-booked using our online system or by contacting us to set an appointment.

• Walk-ins are accommodated on a first come first serve basis.

• Additional fans have been added to the facility to improve air circulation.

• Athletes and Coaches are expected to be cleaned up and exiting the training space promptly at the end of their rental time.

• Athletes and coaches are asked to limit the amount of personal equipment brought into the facility.

• All bags must be placed on the hooks along the walkway or on the turf in your specified area.

• Bags are not to be left on the floor of the walkway or the small training area at the front of the building.
